Leadership/Management Team:

• Mark T. Cobb (President) - Mr. Cobb brings 29 years of experience in acoustical ceilings and has served as a General Superintendent for 24 years. He oversees all facets of construction operations, including scheduling, procurement, quality assurance, installation methods, and safety compliance.

• Rick G. Risser (Secretary/Treasurer) - Mr. Risser oversees multiple projects with diverse scopes, including OSHPD hospital projects, and supports construction operations in areas such as scheduling, procurement, quality assurance, and installation methods and procedures.

• Thomas E. Chapleau (Vice President,RMO) - Mr. Chapleau has led estimating and project management efforts on some of the region’s largest and most complex developments, including the UCLA Ronald Reagan Replacement Hospital, UCLA Santa Monica Hospital, and Kaiser Permanente Downey Medical Center.
